Refund policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Unworn timepieces in original condition, with all packaging, tags, protective films and warranty card intact, may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Return delivery costs are borne by the customer except where the return results from our error. Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7 working days of the returned item passing inspection.
